My one star is based entirely on dire… My one star is based entirely on dire customer service and broken promises. Having re contracted May 2019 on the basis of a slightly better price and lured with a free gift, I'm sure you've seen the adds on TV come to BT and get this free (whatever it may be) My gift / carrot was a google home device at the time of re contracting valued at £140.00 so BT Provide a shockingly poor service and your basically cannon fodder for the angry abusive customers that call through. You will take on Average 60 calls a day and you will be emotionally, mentally and physically exhausted. BT is a massive scam with the worse customer service ever!!!! I hope people relise soon how **** you are and this company goes down and whoever the rude woman was on the phone I hope you loose your job and end up on the streets as that is what you deserve for taking people money without providing the service you promised!!!
